Dear Gardenguru,
Your yard is gorgeous with the assorted flowers and trees in bloom. After watching the tv news concerning the numerous weather related tragedies occurring in the world, your beautiful pictures are a refreshing reminder to us of God's magnificent creations.

I'm also jealous. We had one tantalizing, sunny, 70-plus-degree day this week; but mostly the weather on Long Island recently has been chilly and cloudy with a good bit of rain and wind. We do have daffodils now on the south shore and the flowering trees are just coming into bloom here, but it's still too early to get vegetables in the ground.

I am so jealous - we still have snow on the ground (Ontario, Canada) and my crocuses and tulips are just coming up. Lovely pictures - thanks they inspire me to hold on a little longer. This makes me glad I joined Blogrush, I find such great kindred spirits now!

Grandma would be so proud of you and would want to be with you inside your garden. Wait, Maybe she is. What do you think?

I'm going to bring Dad to my office (Broadband internet) and see your site.
