My nasturtiums put on quite a show this year as they meandered through a muted flower bed.  The deer had eaten the roses, but passed the orange flowers by.  Since they didn’t eat them, that allowed me to do so.

They are pretty and tasty when added to a salad or topping soups.  Their peppery taste adds an extra spark.  Below they are filled with pineapple cream cheese.  For variety other flavored cream cheeses could be added.

What a colorful addition to a buffet table!
