As Thanksgiving draws near, here come the turkeys! These were in the yard across the street at first. I’ve seen many down the road, but never the white one.
We are very curious about the white one. Obviously it is not an albino, so how did it end up with this group?
There were at least ten of them. It was difficult to get them all in one picture, and count how many there were.
They were camera shy, or afraid I was going to hurt them. No danger there. I was just glad they weren’t in my garden.
After going in the road, a car came and slowed down. They ran back to the driveway again. The driver stopped and said, “Did you see the white one?” How could you miss it?
Finally they went into the woods, where they are safer. The neighborhood has pardoned all of them.

Oh how neat! What a treat to see and just before Thanksgiving, too. I have seen a white one (also not albino) up here, too. Wonder if it’s the same one, or just a relative?
Thanks for the big surprise. Glad I guessed wrong.

Just checking to see if you had posted anything about those pretty little soup “pumpkins” yet. Guess I’m too early today. The soup was delicious. I’ll be your guinea pig ANYTIME! Many Thanks.
