Our snow on Christmas Eve must have caused lots of area children to go wild in anticipation of Santa’s arrival.
After another snow on Christmas night the world became an icy wonderland the next morning.
As a fog rolled in it froze and added to the coating of every little twig.
The red dogwoods that add so much color in the winter were glistening,
as was the crabapple.
This birch slowly stood back up as the melting ice freed it’s branches.
The sun turned each icy branch into a prism.
As the sun set wavy shadows were added to the sparkling woods.
